Harrold & Lloyd Returns & Refunds Policy

Eligibility:

- Returns accepted within 14 days of delivery for non-custom items.

- Item must be unused, in original packaging, and in resalable condition. (free from scratches, signs of use, or damage.)

- We reserve the right to refuse a refund if the item is returned in a condition unsuitable for resale.

Process:

- Contact us at [insert email] with your order number.

- Return shipping is at customer’s expense.

- We recommend using a tracked shipping method. We cannot be held responsible for items lost or damaged in transit during return.

- Inspection will be completed within 3 working days of receipt.

- Refund processed within 7 days after inspection.

Faulty or Damaged Items:

- If your item is faulty or damaged on arrival, please contact us within 3 working days of delivery.

- Include clear photographs of the issue and the packaging so we can assess and resolve promptly.

Exclusions:

- Custom or made-to-order products are non-refundable unless faulty, damaged or not as described.

- This is in accordance with the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations.

- Any product sold as part of a made-to-order collection will be clearly identified on the product page.

Please note that the majority of Harrold & Lloyd products are made to order. These items are manufactured to meet specific customer requirements and are therefore not eligible for return unless faulty or incorrect.
